Erster Spatenstich für neue „Villa Perle“ in Heiligendamm

Auf dem Gelände des Grand Hotels in Heiligendamm hat am Samstag 03. Juli 2010 der Wiederaufbau der im Jahr 2007 abgerissenen «Villa Perle» begonnen. Der Geschäftsführer der Investorengruppe Fundus, Anno August Jagdfeld und der Bürgermeister von Bad Doberan Hartmut Polzin, setzten  den ersten Spatenstich.

- es ist eine Auflage der Regierung, Schulgelände einzuzäunen
- dieser Zaun ist die günstigste Alternative. Maschendrahtzaun ist teurer.

Auch das Eingangstor wird in den nächsten Tagen completed.
