Das Sturmtief Xynthia hat bei uns übrigens auch Eindruck hinterlassen - genauer gesagt im Garten unter dem Palisadenzaun. Vier freistehende Palisadenzaunelemente waren dann doch zu viel der Angriffsfläche für den Sturm.
Überrascht hat mich allerdings die genaue Bruchstelle. Ich hätte erwartet, dass die kleinen Schräubchen, mit denen die Palisadenelemente an den Pfosten befestigt sind, nachgeben. Statt dessen sind die jedoch die 5 metallischen Bodenhülsen, in denen die Pfosten stecken, einfach umgeknickt und abgebrochen - während der kreuzförmige Teil noch in der Erde steckte, lag der restliche Zaun inkl. Pfosten unversehrt zusammenhängend im Garten. Ein einbetoniertes Fundament für die Pfosten hätte da wohl auch not help ...
