1,3
Big disappointment - in the second experiment, we have clearly missed the target level of 0.6. This time there were at least fairly large temperature differences between inside and outside, so that thermography has provided very clear photos of the vulnerabilities. It turns out that in a passive house in massive construction to avenge the smallest "sin" - in our case has wide finger unplastered points and the intersection points between the base plate, windows and masonry. On the advice of the architect and engineer of the measurement, we will remove another part of the concrete and the outer wall encircling paste with a "foil" to create on the inside of the walls an air-tight connection level. I have insisted on the success of this (and further covered in) action by another blower door test check (hopefully by mid next week). Our architect has come to meet us and take over part of additional costs incurred.
What this all means for our schedule, plus I'm not earlier than thought, if the blower door test is successfully completed.
